Nine days since my last post. This is becoming tougher to update regularly, especially since everything at school seems to be winding down. The LMC staff sent out notices to all senior homerooms asking that library materials be returned. While only seniors get these notices, please remind students in all homerooms to return books they have checked out. We charge no late fees and we know from experience that books can be easily lost over a summer.
This is the time of year that I also like to ask for recommendations from everyone for items to purchase for the upcoming year. Recommendations for purchases can include books, periodicals, movies, dvds, AV equipment, and other things your creative, educationally oriented minds can find. (Of course, I guarantee nothing because I know that we will want much more than we can afford). Still, we can dream can’t we?
P.S. Have a great memorial day holiday and give a moment’s thought to why we have a day off.
